IPCCX - provisioning CTI port and Media termination groups

CTI ports take only 1 ms to reinitialize (ie, to get back to operation after a call is disconnected), but CMT groups will take upto 200 ms to reinitialize. IPCCX will not answer calls if there are no CMT ports available. So make sure you provision 10% more CMT ports than CTI ports.

Február 17. : A CCIE írásbeli vizsgán mostantól nem lehet kérdést kihagyni, és késöbb visszatérni rá. Változik a Score report is.

WHen calculating cir and mincir for FRTS, use 95 % of the CIR value. If CIR = 256k, it should be used as 256000. Do not multiply 256 with 1024.


www.newcar.ie becoming a hit!

It’s been about 3 weeks now since the www.newcar.ie website launched and it’s becoming more and more of a hit. I could not be more excited watching it grow!
What started as a simple task of gather new car data from the office and placing it on a wordpress site that manages the categorisation of it ...]

Writing about ccie lab study was indeed a spontaneous decision on my part. I solemnly hope that this was a wise decision that I had made.
